Return Policy

To return or exchange an item, simply:

1)    Call Newport Sterling customer service at 800.459.1800 to obtain a return authorization number.
2)    Complete the return form provided with the original packing materials.
3)    Secure your item and all of the original packing materials, including the return form, packing slip, and the diamond certificate, if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box.
4)    Send the package by registered US mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items.  For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges.  You may request return receipt service to confirm your package is received.  Newport Sterling is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. 
5)    Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.

Be sure not to write Newport Sterling, jewelry, diamonds or other words on the package that may invite theft of the package.

Conditions of Return

•    Packages without a return authorization will not be accepted for refund.
•    The item must be received at Newport Sterling WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of shipment of the order from Newport Sterling.  Any items received after 30 days from the shipment date will not be accepted for refund.
•    Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged.  Damaged goods will not be accepted for refund.
•    The original Newport Sterling security tag must still be in place in order for refunds to be processed. 
•    Custom work, special orders, or personalized and engraved items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on behalf of Newport Sterling.
